More a poem set to music than a song, but it's sublimely creepy. I love the emphasis he puts on the word "building" in the refrain.

I love this piece. My husband puts together a series of Halloween-themed cds every year and this is on one of them. There's another piece called "Roy Orbison in Cling Film" that's pretty cool too, but I can't remember who does it. Check it out.
